      Hirepool Rewards membership is by invitation only and is managed by exception. For more information on becoming a member, or to see if your business qualifies, please complete the application at the orange button above, or call the programme administrators, Smart Loyalty, on 0800 99 76278.

      Visit rewards-shop.co.nz where you’ll find over 6,000 rewards to choose from. You can also redeem via the My Rewards app.

      If you can’t find what you’re looking for, give us a call to let us know what you’re after and we’ll do our best to get you your Dream Reward.

      The fastest and easiest way to check your points balance is by logging into the My Rewards app. Alternatively, you can log in to the Rewards Shop, or keep an eye on your inbox for regular email updates.

      Your points will be issued approximately two months after the month of purchase. For example, if you make an eligible purchase in March, and you pay your account as per the supplier’s terms in April, points will be issued in May.

      If you haven’t received your points after this period, please contact our support team with your order details.

      Please note: You need to keep your account paid current to earn reward points.

      Rewards can take 10 – 15 working days to be delivered. If you have ordered more than one reward, they may be coming from different suppliers, so you may receive one earlier than the other.

      If you haven’t received your rewards within 10 – 15 working days, please contact us.

      Click the login button on the top right corner of the website, or open your My Rewards app – enter your email address, then click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
